Privacy policy

Keynexion Corporation Inc. ("Keynexion", "we") handles personal information as described below when you send a booking request on this website. The site has no sign-up, no payments, no advertising pixels and no analytics tools. This English version is a translation. The Korean version governs.

1. What we collect

  • Required: name, company, work email, country or market, call language
  • Optional: the department you are interested in, your message
  • Recorded with it: your consent choices, the consent wording version, the time of the request and a request number

2. Why we use it

Only to reply to your request by email and arrange a call. We send advertising information only if you agree to it separately under section 5.

3. How long we keep it

  1. We delete it 1 year after the request. If you ask, we delete it sooner.
  2. Request notices left in our company Slack are deleted by hand by our team.

4. Service providers and transfer outside Korea

Your request is passed to the providers below so that our team is notified. All three process it on our behalf.

  1. Slack Technologies, LLC (a Salesforce company; contracting entity to be confirmed)
    • Task: delivers the request notice to an internal Keynexion Slack channel
    • Country: United States and others (storage location to be confirmed)
    • When and how: sent over the internet (HTTPS) as soon as you send the request

  2. Amazon Web Services (contracting entity is Amazon Web Services Korea LLC or Amazon Web Services, Inc., depending on our AWS account country; to be confirmed)
    • Task: sends the request notice by email (Amazon SES) to our mailbox, help@keynexion.io
    • Location: sent from the Seoul region (ap-northeast-2). Where the receiving mailbox stores mail is to be confirmed
    • When and how: sent over the internet (HTTPS) as soon as you send the request
    • Items: everything in section 1
    • Kept for: as in section 3
  3. Vercel Inc. (United States, website hosting)
    • Task: runs this website and receives the form, passing your request on to the two providers above
    • Country: United States (servers in the US East, Washington, D.C. region, iad1)
    • When and how: sent over the internet (HTTPS) as soon as you send the request
    • Items: everything in section 1
    • Kept for: your request is not stored; it is processed only while it is passed on. The server log keeps only the request number and the delivery result.

If you do not want your information transferred outside Korea, do not give the personal information consent in the form. You then cannot use the form, but you can write to us directly at help@keynexion.io.

5. Advertising emails

  1. Consent to receive advertising information is optional and unchecked at first. You can send a request without it.
  2. If you agree, we send product news and event invitations by email only. The subject line starts with "(광고)" (advertisement), and the email explains how to unsubscribe.
  3. You can withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link in the email or by writing to help@keynexion.io. We confirm each consent or withdrawal within 14 days, and ask every 2 years whether you want to keep receiving them.

6. Information handled automatically

  1. The site does not use cookies. Your theme choice (light or dark) is saved only in your browser and is not sent to us.
  2. To stop the same request being sent repeatedly, the server keeps a scrambled value (hash) made from your IP address and email in memory for up to 10 minutes. The server log holds no personal information.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, to stop its processing, or to withdraw consent. Write to help@keynexion.io. We act without delay and tell you the result.

8. Security

Requests are not stored in a database. They go only to an internal Keynexion Slack channel and our company mailbox. The server log keeps only the request number and the delivery result.
