Website terms of use

These terms set the conditions for using the keyAI website (the "site") run by Keynexion Corporation Inc. ("Keynexion", "we"). This English version is a translation. The Korean version governs.

1. What the site is

  1. The site introduces Keynexion and keyAI and takes requests to book a call.
  2. Feature descriptions, example screens and the order of departments (First, Next, Planned, Later and similar) are for introduction only and may change. We do not guarantee them.

2. Booking requests

  1. A booking request asks for a call. It is not a contract. Sending one creates no cost or obligation for you or for us.
  2. We try to reply to every request, but we do not promise a call for every request.
  3. The scope, price, term and liability of any keyAI service are set in a separate written agreement between Keynexion and the customer, such as a statement of work. That agreement prevails over these terms.

3. Intellectual property

The text, images, design, logos and the names keyAI and Keynexion on the site belong to Keynexion or their rightful owners. Copying, distributing or changing them beyond what the law allows needs our permission.

4. What you must not do

You must not:

  • send a request with another person's details or with false information
  • send requests in bulk with automated tools, or put excessive load on the site
  • test or bypass the security of the site or its servers
  • use the site to break the law or infringe the rights of others

5. Limits of liability

  1. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss from using information on the site, unless it is caused by our intent or gross negligence.
  2. We may pause or change the site for maintenance, outages or other reasons.

6. Personal information

Personal information from booking requests is handled under our privacy policy (/privacy).

7. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms within the limits of applicable law. When we do, we post the changes and their effective date on this page.

8. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes about using the site go to the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
