What is an AI department?
A team of AI agents with one job, such as marketing, working from your company files. It prepares the work. Your team decides what goes out.
What does our team still do?
Approve, request changes or reject. Own the company files. Post what was approved.
Can anything go out without approval?
No. Posts, messages and spending wait for a person, and every decision is written to the audit log.
Which department comes first?
Marketing. Sales comes next, then operations, finance and customer support, all on the same foundation.
Is our data kept apart from other companies?
Each company gets its own workspace for its data, files and logs, and access by our operators is recorded in your audit log.
Which languages do you work in?
Korean, English and Japanese. Each has its own voice rules in your company files.
We are outside Korea. Can we work with you?
Yes. Book a call in English. keyAI starts with Korean companies, and the departments write in English and Japanese as well.
Do we have to replace our tools?
No. At the start your team posts approved packages in the tools you already use. Connections to other tools are added one at a time, with your approval.
How is it priced?
It depends on the departments and the package you need. We scope it with you on the first call.
Who writes the company files?
We interview your team on the first days and write the drafts. Your team confirms them, owns them and is the only one who edits them.
Is our data used to train models?
No. Your data is not used to train models.
Can we stop everything at once?
Yes. One kill switch stops every department working for your company.
Do you install servers in our office?
Not today. Companies that want a dedicated environment can have the same system installed there.
What does the Today screen show?
What needs a decision, yesterday's results in three lines and how each department is doing.
What happens when an engagement ends?
Your data is exported to you and deleted, operator access is removed, and you receive a written confirmation.
