One foundation under every department.

Every keyAI department runs on the same foundation. A new department joins it instead of starting over.

keyAI is being built with its first customers. Items marked Next arrive after the first department is running.

What every department shares.

Fifteen parts, built once. Ten are in the first department; five arrive once it is running.

PartWhat it doesStage
Company file interviewOn the first days we interview your team and write how you sound, what you sell, what you never say and how you work.First
Company files, versionedYour team edits the files. Every change is kept as a version and can be rolled back.First
Voice in three languagesSeparate voice rules for Korean, English and Japanese in the same files.First
Brand and rules checkEvery draft is checked for brand fit, unverified claims, sensitive topics and market disclosure before it reaches you. It flags; it does not rewrite.First
Approval queueApprove, request changes or reject each item, or a week of drafts in one sitting.First
Approval policy, kill switch, audit logWho approves what, one switch that stops every department, and a record of every action and decision.First
Today screenOne screen each morning: what needs a decision, yesterday's results and how each department is doing.First
Department screensWhat each department is doing now, what it ran recently and what comes next.First
Usage capA monthly cap on AI usage for your company. Work stops at the cap, and what is left shows on Today.First
Workspace separationYour data, files, logs, approvals and caps are kept apart from every other company.First
Approval alertsA daily alert in the messenger your market uses, with a link straight to the queue.Next
Hand-off between departmentsLeads and requests move between departments with their history attached.Next
ConnectionsConnectors to your tools, with the credentials kept in a vault for your company only.Next
Market rule packsDisclosure, consent, opt-out, quiet hours and AI notices for each market, checked before anything is sent.Next
Package builderOur operators assemble a department from blocks and settings instead of building it again.Next

One company layer under every department.

Before any agent writes a word, we interview your team and write down how you sound, what you sell, what you never say and how you work. Every department reads the same files. Change a file, and the next draft changes.

Your team owns the files and is the only one who edits them. Every edit is kept as a version, so it can be rolled back.

Your company's data stays your company's.

keyAI serves many companies, so separation is part of the first build, not an add-on.

Separate data
Files, content, leads, audit logs and reports are kept per company. One company's data never goes into another company's AI input.
Your files only
When an agent works for you, it reads only your company files.
Credentials in a vault
Tokens for accounts you connect are stored for your company only and never shown on screens or in logs.
Your own limits
Approval policy, kill switch and usage cap are set per company. Your kill switch stops only your departments.
Operator access recorded
Keynexion operators use personal accounts with the least access they need. Every access is logged and ends when the engagement ends.
No training on your data
Your data is not used to train models.
Export and deletion
When an engagement ends, your data is exported to you and deleted, and you receive a written confirmation.
Dedicated installation
Companies that want it can have the same system installed in a dedicated environment.
